Reverend Caldwell Day Charity Drive

COPE proudly participated in the first annual Reverend Caldwell Day β€” a borough-wide day of giving organized by the America 250 New Providence committee in honor of a local Revolutionary War patriot. Stationed outside the Prestige Diner, COPE members welcomed neighbors throughout the morning, sharing our mission and accepting donations to support children with hair loss.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of New Providence residents, COPE raised over $700 and received 3 hair donations to be made into wigs β€” a remarkable result for a single morning, and a meaningful contribution to a record-breaking community event that featured 22 charities.

A Town-Wide Celebration

The first annual Reverend Caldwell Day was launched by the America 250 New Providence committee to honor a local Revolutionary War patriot and the borough's "Pioneer spirit" of giving and sacrifice.

22 Charities, One Mission

Charities representing causes from veterans support to children's health were stationed across town. COPE was honored to be one of them β€” set up at the Prestige Diner from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
